My HAND/wrist has been paining. I am actually stopping and putting on the pain lotion. Yesterday I cleared my desk (ANOTHER floor pile! 🙈) and I am pretty sure remembering something from physio, they said I was not lining my arm up with the keyboard. With my arm on the desk supported more there is probably less stress on my wrist?? I so need to hurry up and WRITE which creates pain. Would it not be AWESOME if I found the CAUSE of the aggravation so I do not NEED pills and inflammation cream. Eating all the crap food of recent STRESS (moving) also makes a mess of muscles and nerves. Yup Trump and his dictatorship are just CHECKING how brain dead we really are with their Ulta Processed Food exposure! Tell us our food is killing us and see if we actually have ANY self control to BOYCOTT it!!?? Ruling a bunch ofADDICTS is so much easier than questioning attentive PEOPLE. Sheep heading to zombie devoid of MIND and heart are EASY to CONTROL! Yike!! 😱 the TWISTS in this POWER Structure are just hard for NORMAL decent Humans to grasp! We HAVE to take control back .. find the CAUSES of things and NOT BUY IN to their BANDAIDS for PROFIT!
It is easier to STOP with crapfood when you feel you are THWARTING the eveilones! Just losing weight or feeling more "powerful" is not as good as feeling it is "SCREW YOU, evil greedy people! I can WIN against you, you have NO POWER over me" What a restored feeling of POWER! (Is this something like Victor Frankel's idea?)

BUT .. guess what 100%! no bias, just TRUTH! life was way better in the 50's/60's. You can not hate us for destroying your life and then still say all the CRAP we have is better. Guess what? we met our friends and we NEVER NEEDED A MAP in our pocket OR to call every 5 minutes in case late. WE MANAGED all the things your fun does and what we did not WE DO NOT NEED!! I do not NEED and encyclopedia set with me or a mail system or my shoe box of photos. Come to my place and we willl have fun TOUCHING those glossy photos ! They even used to have ripply edges! When a FILM gave you 24 photos you made those photos QUALITY. Now we Unlike the 1/2 million I have today but can not find them and lost the best ones. ARE your photos organized?? We mostly just have MORE shoeboxes of disorder!
