I saw people addicted to coke and between church and a love of architecture, I imagined building a church with BAD dirty bricks. It did not seem RESPECTFUL to me. Guess I realized early that I loved Health an how we can BUILD IT. I always wondered why HEALTH was not worshiped MORE than money. Seemed to me being SICK could never allow money to have any comparable VALUE. So I studied Nutrition with DESIGN as elective. (Home economics Covered the most important topics of life. I probably started raging about the world when the cancelled what I felt was the most important class in school! Hah I just remembered I dreaminess of beginning my own diet school based on SAVOUR .. plus building HEALTH. Interesting how none of it mattered but now we have a drug for the OBESE. I could never undersatnd learning early about the evil of SUGR why you would DAMAGE your body and then pay for a DRUG to fix the disease YOU probably caused. The INFLAMMATION caused by sugar became a wonderful circle of profit and power. Sell more food. Doctors become more worshipped. Disease treatment and drug creation becomes a HUGE INDUSTRY in the richest country with the sickest people. Wow I was smart EARLY. How can a country think it is rich when it has so much sickness. Just quit eating HIDDEN sugar and gluten which TURNS to sugar and you infammation will die down. NO DRUG NEEDED.
I just ate 1/4 of a delicious Galen Weston BACON donut. Immediately I got fallen PAIN in my joints! Thanks Galen .. I have almost weaned my self from the addiction to your delicious frozen foods. I bought them on sale or senior day with your DRUGSTORE closest. Somehow my brain never noticed the pain anymore .. actually I think it moved to my HANDS vs Knees so I thought it was gone. Was wondering how true you get what you focus on was. (Law of attraction) I was so busy on finding the factors of HUMAN Health, I forgot to think of BASIC physical health. I used to remember what I ate by the pain. Why do we live by drugs instead of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY!? They do NOT want that because then we would be INVOLVED. All these years I religiously checked those labels. Sometimes I complained they were lies .. less sugar than TRUTH. Those labels have NO INSPECTION!!!!! I still think we should compare how much sugar to protein ratio. If you are expected a protein and there is equal sugar .. DO NOT BUY IT. Remember Lustig now thinks there are 300 names for sugar.😂 and you seriously think we are NOT .. STUPID on steroids? I was screaming when it was JUST sugar and Then 56!! names. Once we get our basic nEW ORDER SYSTEM foundation done we will teach kids to teachOTHER kids how to KEEP their health . No paying for bandaids for WOUNDS the evil ones created.

We need to REPLACE Tesla's 9 (of the 3/6/9) to be healthy. WE have destroyed every single FACTOR we need to ACTUALLY be healthy. More and more Stressed out of our mind is NOT a HEALTHY HUMAN! When I moved from BODY/ MIND Health (Thanks to my daughter's put down of my life work excitement when gluten and Functional Medicine FINALY came into being. But she was 100% RIGHT!) She said dismissively "There is more to health than Gluten". So I hated her for awhile .. but soon realized she was perfectly correct. after years working on finding that formal needed I turned it into a 3 layer triangle. Later I realized it looked like Tesla's 3/6/9. IT .. along with use of the NET Human VALUE Life Ledger we got lazy and neglected can bring us TOTAL Human health or quality of life. IF we create a new ORDER SYSTEM of FAIR around it we will have "hard heaven". A great community, but much hard work to find the TRUTH so FAIR for all can be done. My Neice said someone now working in GAZA says they have hope and are "happy". HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? 🙈 Because they have community! 😇 They are connected TOGETHER in a Human Family!! In our life, to have TOTAL HEALTH we NEED ..

MY daughter is right that our CDN. Truckers were very brave to stand up to the "powers" in Ottawa. I just felt bad for the people living where they were HONKING nonstop. I guess that was the sacrifice they had to make? I guess our boycott will only HARM US? STOP working for or using everything from ANYBODY corporate not willing to be FAIR certified? We must be brave and give up EVERYTHING. We can do it now TOGETHER in our local Communities OR the SACRIFICE will happened to us ALONE a little later .. when most of us lose our jobs.

What kind of INSANITY have we fallen into? Shame on us. My son blames us Bommers. YUP I totally agree, we slept right thur the destruction of ALL for our young people! The nerve of them to do ZERO. of HUNDREDS of seniors I met in the "Nursing" Home, 2 of them volunteer! 1 couple immediately left .. they must have felt the ENTITLED ENERGY! The other woman must have let the entitled energy destroy her GOOD! weird place. Help me find a way .. aha! No more pension unless you CONTRIBUTE! Imagine the wisdom of better resource use they could share with young people. Unless their WISDOM was all destroyed in their later ENTITLEMENT PHASE.

Check all the comments on the video of Lustig. She really is the response to the previous comments of people who did eat bad .. but yet lived well! DAMN! I just recently wrote Is the BRAIN and MIND CONTROL more important than processed food?? I got very bad with the gluten that gives me arthritis over the last 5 years yet no arthritis. But maybe it moved to my hand joints from my knees? I did always say we have no idea how IMPORTANT our MIND focus is. The one girl spoke of how POSITIVE her mom was. So being LEFT BRAIN oblivious to the REAL world even gives you better health! Damn! bad guys really do always win.
